How it works
Our Ordering Process
Request a quote by either sending us an email or by calling us. Your quote is based on your design, the quanity of items and product chosen. The more detail you provide us, the more accurate your quote will be.
We will email a quote to look over and approve. If you are on a budget, let us know and we can help with suggestions to keep your cost within your range. If you are ready to move forward, you will be able to approve and make a payment on your order via buttons in the top left corner of your quote.
Once we receive your quote approval, we will order your garments and send your design to our art department.
We will create a virtual proof to confirm we have your details correct. We ask that you look over the proof and confirm we have all details correct (Color options, design layout, spelling, etc.) If everything looks good – there will be a button in the top left corner to approve the art. If there is anything that doesn’t quite satisfy you about your order, do not hesitate to tell us. Also keep in mind the faster you approve our virtual proof, the sooner your order will be scheduled for production.
Once the art approval is received we will move your order into production where our crew will work to make your design come to life. On completion of your order, you will receive an email to let you know your order is complete.
Once your order is complete, you can choose to come pick your order up at our shop or we will ship your order directly to you. We can’t wait to hear about your satisfaction once you received your order.
